4. Commissions and Payments

• Commission Structure: Affiliates earn a 50% commission on every sale made through their unique affiliate link.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month for the previous month's sales.
• Payment Method: Payments are made via PayPal or other agreed-upon methods.
• Minimum Payout: A minimum of $25 in commissions must be earned before a payment is made.

5. Promotional Restrictions Affiliates are prohibited from:

• Using our products and services on coupon websites or similar platforms without prior written consent.
• Bidding on any keywords or phrases containing "Joyful Manifestation Tools" or any variations thereof in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Engaging in any deceptive or fraudulent activity to generate sales or commissions.

6. Intellectual Property All materials provided by Joyful Manifestation Tools, including but not limited to, logos, graphics, product images, and promotional content, are the intellectual property of Joyful Manifestation Tools. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials for the sole purpose of promoting our products and services.

7. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the affiliate must immediately cease using all promotional materials and affiliate links provided by Joyful Manifestation Tools.

8. Limitation of Liability Joyful Manifestation Tools will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program. Our maximum liability to you for any reason will be limited to the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.

9. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions Joyful Manifestation Tools reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the affiliate program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Joyful Manifestation Tools operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
